@aa No. The comment had to do with trying to align teams to tech hubs. Those have been identified as Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Phoenix, Denver, Birmingham, and Dallas. From what I’ve heard in my group, say that you have a program with two crews on it. One crew has people in Pittsburgh and Dallas and a second crew has Dallas and Cleveland. Reform the two crews as one that is Dallas based and a second that is Pittsburgh/Cleveland. Our org is treating PIT/CLE as a single location since there is proximity between those locations. It’s definitely not about trying to put everyone in a single location.
