I know everyone is asking, Workday has an announcement that says 2025 successful bonus results will be available at the end of January.

The 2025 “Success” bonus measures should have been modified to include an employee misery component. The weighting for it being 90% of the overall award. Needless to say, the end of year results will show that the level of misery far exceeded any set target for it.
It’s always late on the Friday afternoon after the earnings call - Friday 1/30 this year.
@a5 you act like we do anything that makes sense here. It’s the same report they use to terminate, so why would you be surprised? They don’t care if it’s accurate.
“ Will total amounts be linked again to presence reporting?”
This never happened (in terms of the amount having anything to do with it).
What DID happen was that people that were non-complaint with the RTO policy did not receive a bonus. Nor did their manager. This absolutely did happen.
The last Friday of the month just like every other year
The very best form and manner of compensation is to get paid for doing no work at all. Yes, by selfishly taking advantage of all the ways I can take off work and still get paid is so satisfying indeed, and the few days I do go to work, I get away with the very least amount of actual work effort while laughing about it, especially at the boot-lickers who think they're on some noble career path to corporate heaven or something. Hah! I get paid for spending time doing stuff that I want to do outside of bs T. LOL Haaahaaaa... ki$$ my f'n @$$ T!
The bonus metrics are published and included in your reviews. The schedule has not changed either. Stop making up d-mb rumors. It is not helping.
This is BS. Average hours for the year? My location only started 5 days RTO in November.
@a2 Seems kind of d-mb for a report the CEO admitted is inaccurate.
@a1 I heard it will be. Your average hours for the year will directly correlate to your personal percentage received. This will reward those who spend more time in the office and punish those who do less.
