Referring to the cowardly email from GK about events happening in the Twin Cities area (USB HQ). Not an ounce of genuine empathy or desire to help with RTO safety but vaguely mentioned stuff that covers their butts and throws responsibility on immediate managers and peers to help out. Ashamed of our “leadership”.

@OP they are called parasitic class for a reason. Parasites destroy and cause chaos and this is exactly what they are doing to all of us.
This type of stuff is where I take the biggest issue with the MC, they are going to do what they are going to do, cuts, layoffs, pension reductions... fine, but please stop with the gaslighting and "caring".
@bh clearly you care. I'm sure if the shoe was on the other foot you'd be turning blue in the face.. or maybe red.
I'm a white male and have zero interest in doing "good work" for US Bank.
The POC/Identity obsession is half of what got us here. Always about social engineering, never about doing good work.
Oh here we go again with the POC thing....let it go... nobody cares....
A pathetic excuse for an email, might as well have a disclaimer on it that says "this email was written in 5 seconds by co-pilot and does not reflect the views of the signatory."
Meanwhile, my co-workers, and myself honestly, are begging to wfh for now because we are fearing for our physical wellbeing. Several of us are POC and being targeted. But thankfully our TL and their boss are "talking about it."
Just a pathetic, sad, and downright inexcusable response from USB as a whole. GK is an immigrant herself for fu--s sake. Sick of this sh-t!
Thrivent told all employees impacted to WFH through January to keep them safe.
I opened one of GKs emails once just to put it into co-pilot and ask if it was written by co-pilot. Other than that I ain't opening her emails. Spare me the boiler-plate platitudes
I agree and also wonder if other companies are doing any better. Twin Cities has quite a few Fortune 500 companies.
