I took a payoff last year from Xerox, was there 10+ years in Sales.
Had enough of the 🐂 💩 and decided to put myself forward for a payoff 🇬🇧
Work for Larry 🇺🇸 now and best thing I ever did.
For all those ‘deniers’ get some ⚽️🏐🏀 and take control of your future.
Take the Xerox 💰💰💰💰 and go get another job.
The only thing they do now is figure any way possible to stop paying commission.
Bad move.
It's not the layoffs, it's the folding up of the entire company, done on purpose over time to line the pockets of the investors and senior leadership with the end game being insolvency, planned from the beginning when the HP merge failed.
@cn People want dates because if they survive past a date they will feel safer. People also need dates so they can know how long the stress they are suffering will last. They don't understand the larger picture that each quarter this year will have dates and this will continue until Xerox leadership believes the employees have used there buckets to remove enough water from the sinking ship.
The stock offering is important to layoffs because it highlights the lack of cash and indicates a bit of desperation. I can’t remember believe they will be able to sell any.
Why are you all so interested in “the date”? It hardly matters at this point and has anyone within XRX ever adhered to a schedule? Every org will have a different schedule anyway. I know for certain that the current lists have been made, but in typical XRX fashion, it won’t be enough causing this to continue. The right number is 10,000. That is not going to happen.
wasn't there a post here the other day about Feb 13 and then another day in March?? Seems pretty telling if the post was deleted... SB and team don't want the truth getting out
The financial situation is to gauge how much time before bankruptcy, layoffs are irrelevant as everyone will be laid off once the last money is gone, potentially within 3-6 months
They will continue and accelerate. Or your paycheck/direct deposit will vanish. One or the other. Desperation time. And SB blames you. You did not execute.
@OP agreed! That's all that really matters isn't it!
Who cares about the rumored layoff maybe we should talk about stúpid stinking rotten Java 🤮 and the controller that used it. Did tárds look at Lotus Notes and thought get me some of that?!
THERE'S SO MUCH LAYOFF INFORMATION IN YOUR POST!!! This is amazing!!!
thanks for the tips, hombre.
