I got mine this morning. Doesn't appear to meet WARN requirements, so maybe they were strategic enough to skirt it, as well as reporting requirements - perhaps this wasn't "material to investors"?

Then they prioritized sending the label from FedEx for their computer but still yet to still receive the promised severance documents. Seems a bit cold.
Access was cut immediately and we still don’t know any further severance details days later. Usually this information is provided same day.

Was brutal- they got all impacted employees to join a webinar type call and played a recorded video from the VP of HR letting them know that their position was eliminated. Employees were asked to look for an email in their personal email for further instructions.
