I'll start - Aero US - For a 5-block - Average 2.5% raise, MIP at 130% of target.

I got a 2% raise in Block 5. I've been with UOP since last year and consider this comany the worse place I've ever worked for.
Does anyone know what the raises and bonuses will be at BA for this coming April (2026)?
Last year I know they were 2.5% and MIP at 75% of target for block 5s (at least for my division/location, I don’t know if that might have been different for other divisions/locations).
I do not know what they were for block 1s.
It’s going to be more of the same, right?
I am pretty sure of it? I just wanted to hear it from others.
If it is low, then it is time for me to go.
@15n hmm block 1s is plural - wow. I assume below block 5 is also plural.
I'm giving my BLK 1's 7+% and 150% MIP. BLK 5 2.1% MIP 78%. Below BLK 5 PIP.
The MIP numbers I have seen are terrible in aerospace. Basically fu-good-luck-finding-a-new-job numbers.

The budget I saw was closer to low 2%
Defense contractors now have salary caps. I wonder if the federal government set these limits due to over bloated salaries.

2.5% raise would be insulting. Most other companies are going between 3.5% and 4%
@dx I agree. thanks to DJT, prescription dr-g prices are down 700% and eggs are down 420%. I now make money every time a renew a prescription or go to the grocery store.
Since we have lower prices on everything and negative inflation, 2.5% is great
