Has anyone heard if there will be an option to express interest again to leave with severance anytime soon? That is with 2 weeks for every year of service?

There will be no more mass layoffs. They set everything in motion after the last one to ensure that. Return to office to make people leave. Open seating to make people leave. New ranking system to catch the quiet quitters. Honestly. It’s diabolically good.

It used to be every 5 years like a clock work. Rumor is more often now but doubt it will be every year.
Uhh, No. You hired on for a job and you are free to quit at any time. Severance and layoffs only occur periodically and they are not easily predictable. Nothing has changed from in the past and it's just like all majors. What is so complicated about this for you children?
I would like to know too. Many of us would take it as we are better prepared.
