Our place stack ranks for reviews and it's terrible for morale. What about in office hours? When you rto do they mandate hours? 8 min? What about activity and keystroke reports? The salary is comparable but rto five days is a red flag. I can't ask the recruiter some of these things but they matter for quality of life.

I would strongly urge you to seek employment elsewhere.
There will be tracking on how much you’re in the office on your computer. They can access badge data, but the best access they’re going to look at is your actual laptop and where you’re connected to Wi-Fi and for how long. They are probably (my opinion) going to monitor that you are indeed working. This would not surprise me as there is plenty of software out there to do that.
Yes they will track everything and are replacing people with contractors and AI. You get reports oh idle time and productive time you need to meet. I don't even care about the tracking what I care about is replacing so many employees with contractors and job security. If you can do it remotely so can someone else for a lot less money
Please don’t tell me they’re going to be tracking how often I go to the bathroom. I have irritable, bowel syndrome really bad.
All this Awesome shht you did and the money you made them. And then the Efff you.
Time to start hitting buttons
Badge swipes will be traced for in office time. PC productivity is tracked via Verint DPA (Application usage down to the second from PC on to PC off).
@c4 I think the tracking is whether you badged into an office but because we don’t badge out, they technically aren’t looking at hours in office. Yet. There are of course ways if they wanted but I doubt they would go there immediately.
Here’s what I saw yesterday. A lot of schools were closed and some parents said they had to wfh as a result. The manager said of course that’s what you do. Thats the flex that has been discussed.
They will be tracking in office time, yes.
