I'm done. Can anyone give tips on how to get laid off? I know I'm not the only one that is patiently waiting.

It's truly disheartening to witness the unfortunate events that have been unfolding here. So sad
SOS, how do you translate that so the Japanese can understand that while they scape from Japan to America. American workers don’t want to deal with the same bull year after year and they want out!
Japanese employees gets promoted, American employee loses job to make budget. The ultimate meaning of Isao Kobayashi’s “Kyosei“
@a2 I know so many people that feel the same - (myself included) just give us an option to volunteer... Although I'm sure another round will happen in the summer...
@OP count me in!
@aj I completely agree with this post. SK do another survey to see who would be willing to have their positions dissolved with a severance package and you can get rid of those that have been miserable and used over the years. once we are all gone, you will then have an organization that will follow your lead. Let us go let us go! this has been done in the past for those over 60 do it again and lower the age bracket. See what happens.
Pretty sad when people express such despair and hopelessness. SK: that will be your legacy; inflicting pain and enjoying it. That's SK's form of a s-xual release.
@OP trust me I know so many people who are ready.. It's ashame they can't offer a "volunteer to be laid off" like they did with the early retirement emails...
Do share - I'm with you and ready to go no hard feelings - my time here is done.
