Sounds like the Care model is mirroring retail.
New Leadership structure:
• Care Associate Manager
• Care Manager
• Sr. Manager
• Director
Associate Coaches are being renamed to Associate Manager.
Coaches will either be demoted to Associate Manager or Promote to Care Manager.
Team Managers will either stay Care Manager or offered severance.
Most sites getting more Sr. Managers.
20 years at HQ RF Engineering - i was laid off today and a few folks from my team. tons other laid off as well.
Ok so. My site will have 1 director. 4 sr managers, coaches are now called managers. Meaning 10 of the 2 managers in my site are being laid off. 2 will become associate directors.
13 coaches will be let go from my site.
Coaches will have 15 reps and and associate coach.
