For the person who believes that management still got their bonuses, you must have meant VP or higher because no one below VP received any bonuses, raises, or equity grants at Mid year.
But if you know for certain "someone" got bonuses, raises, equity, state specifically please.
Standardization would drive this change, if this was an official change. This would make SG packages similar to USA packages. This change also improves free cash flow.

It's been confirmed that SSDC will fully align with LCO in regard to retrenchment package deal. The new policy will likely take effect next year..
That's been the cap in US for 13 years at least. This is not news.
If you're referring to OUS you should identify your country of origin to give better understanding of what you're talking about.
Most recent RIF was capped at 12 months. Explicitly stated within the forms.
Just accept that. Better than nothing.
