Cigna Evernorth has about 10,000 people. You reference 5000 people is about 1500 for Evernorth. Offering over 15% of your people a VRP -- 55ish and higher.
No, not this year. This round includes around 5000 people for a severance and cobra settlement offer by Friday Jan 23. If you do not accept that, or do not qualify, you could be part of the Jan 29 layoffs with fewer benefits.
