What is happening to the UK business. Has everyone given up. Sales targets missed month after month and no one cares. Can't get a project done for love nor money. The strangest place. Even the leadership and upper management don't care.... is there any hope????

@dt That's exactly it. Or could be the dodgy keyboard, cos once something breaks it's impossible to get it fixed.
what happens is they've not given anyone a pay rise in 5+ years so we're all sat at our desks with the heating off, mistyping every third letter due to the severity of our shivering.
If you want your staff to work for you:
- Pay them fairly for their skillset and contribution. Tell them how they can get more, and be follow through on the promise.
- If saff need something to do the job, get it sorted for them quickly and efficiently.
- If there's a problem - say you'll sort it, actually sort it, and show you can be trusted.
Whatever you do or don't do for DXC seems to make no odds. This is why the predominant sentiment is - why bother!
Uk business will see a spectacular growth going forward - we are very close to signing a multi billion dollar deal with Andrew mountbatten Windsor for maintaining his business.
Del boy and his Ex Army crew are a dodgy bunch. Like they are in Peckham market.
Del likes to do good but he disadvantages people who haven't been in the forces. Its like Quo "in the army now"

What do you expect? At last weeks town hall Derek confirmed there will be no pay raises for the foreseeable future but not to worry we can use what little money we have to buy some branded merch. After that even the few UK workers who were making an effort, stopped, and decided that nothing was exactly what DXC deserves
