I don't mind being unemployed as long as they still keep paying me a full-time salary. But that is only in my dreams.

@b4 Just that you get that money right away. I paid off a lot of debt. Grateful I did because it took about 6 months to find a new job.

@aj at 20+ years its the years as a % of your salary. So if you are 100k then 20% is 20k lump sum. Caps at 40 years
