What are you hearing about 2027 AIP? Is it from a reliable source?

Any updates on bonuses? I took VSP and have no way of knowing other than forums like this. Are they happening? Payout this week or 3/20?
Peanut butter raises is the term for companies giving the same raise to all employees regardless of how they did. The raises hardly cover cost of living increases and will not help change the fact that the majority of workers think they are not paid fairly as they worry about increasing layoffs.

I’d love to know as well. I’ve heard this from multiple sources. I don’t think CF can retain any of the leftover knowledge-bearing associates if try get rid of bonuses. Most I think have quietly quit or have a few toes out of the door already. Realistically those are always more substantial than the raises.
