There seems to be an exodus of iGaming executives leaving in the last several months. Is this part of the business restructuring or is Dylan at Aristocrat Interactive poaching execs from his old team?

Bro is good at managing up, but is an awful leader. He has no integrity at all. The studios do not like him, plus they really hate Nick Nack, as he just loves to talk down to and dismiss the foreigners.
Most of the North American games, especially the most successful games, are land-based ports, so the design lift is very small for the US content team, basically Math and Art tweaks. The heavy lifting for these games is all done by engineering, due to the simple fact that these very complex games have to be built from scratch.
There is some serious dissatisfaction amongst engineers with this current content leadership, due to the fact that the game designers/producers, who are all Americans, are getting promoted on a yearly basis, whereas the engineers, which is entirely made up of immigrants/foreigners, are getting nothing. It’s so obviously segregated, it’s embarrassing. The US team has been around for 5 years and not a single accented immigrant has been promoted in that entire time. That should tell you something.
This sounds strange due to the fact that LNW has a large number of immigrants and foreigners in ELT, but they clearly aren’t paying attention to what is going on here. HR isn't asking enough questions either.

@124 I doubt the bro is leaving, his job is too easy right now! The North American iGaming market is basically low hanging fruit at this point. The Brits and the Aussies are oblivious to the Peter Principle affecting him and Nick Nack, despite it being obvious to everyone else. We aren’t even close to the ceiling for North America, unlike the EU and the UK.
