If (or should I say "when" ) job eliminations happen in February after they review VRP numbers, will those eliminated still receive their 2025 bonus payout?

Anyone laid off at this point or later will get full 2025 bonus. it's only prorated if it happens during 2025 and you haven't completed the year.
@q3 do you know when management was advised of this? Seeing conflicting info about JE and bonuses on this thread, but also realize it could be based on department
@q3 which levels of management already have the JE list? Wonder who created it
@q3 out of curiosity, what % of your staff will be JE?
@jm Management does know as we were told not to provide merit increases for anyone on JE list
Wondering if there has been more than one wave of VREs for 2026? I had heard from some employees that their VRE deadline is 2/26, and that further JEs would be based on participation. I'm seeing here on recent activity that there is a confirmed 1/29 JE--is this following a previous wave of VREs??
If you are eligible for a bonus and get JE you get the full bonus. The only way you would not get it is if you were not eligible in the first place or leave by getting fired or on your own.
I do wonder if mgmnt KNOWS at this point who will get cut and determine them to be ineligible for one reason or another & they won’t get a bonus?
Why would the bonus be prorated? Bonuses are supposed to reflect 2025 job performance and 2025 is complete.
So if an employee is there for the entire 2025 and you get JE'd in Fbruary, you will get the entire bonus amount, not prorated - good to know...
You get a prorated bonus if you’re laid off after Sept 30th.
Yes. In previous occasions, those affected would get their prorated bonuses.
