If RIF how long do you have to wait to accept another role there to avoid loosing the severance payout?
RIF in Dec and some networking in other teams and want to bring me back ..

I’ve seen a couple of people come back. Weird, It’s like battered wife syndrome I suppose.
If you read the information that is given to you as part of the separation you'll see that information in there. You can go back anytime you wish (given the role/opportunity presents itself.) You will have to return X amount of your severance based on the formula for which you were paid. If you were paid a year and came back in 6 months, well, you can do the math...
