Sounds like no redundancies lately then?

He was fired. He told Ramnath to stay out of Asia. Ramnath felt threatened and went to his daddy TR for help. Seelam out and TR interim lead. All perfectly set up.

@ga+1kf77txjn does that mean people at the top like Execs will get pay reductions as they are failing to grow the business, especially Raul who was supposed to be a growth CEO but cant deliver any.

His paid way over the market rate.

I keep asking and keep getting told no, given they said rises can only be funded by reducing staff redundancy scheme seems like a win win but no.

Perhaps our biggest issue is pay disparity. Those on a lower wage for the same role have realised doing more hasn't changed anything. So have switch to a policy of you pay me 20% less - I do 20% less. Those on a higher salary are told other people earn far less than they do for the same job, so no there will be no pay rise for them!

Do we know if Stealam got fired or he realised results are poor and can’t hide it anymore and the gravy train is coming to an end? I bet there is still a bonus for failure. After DXC makes the impossible possible. Especially for execs.

Its just billshit, every time a pay review is due they spread these rumours and to tell employees to be grateful.

If its real we shall see the Execs taking big cuts.

As an example the Rolls Rocy CEO has taken a company which was failing to one which is now worth more than £100bn, has drawn up plans to hand CEO Tufan Erginbilgic an annual pay package worth more than £13m.

£13m for leading a $135bn successful company wher we have a part time CEO running a $3B.

Rahul needs to take a 90% cut then if hd is to re-align his pay.

@bc Looks like the cat’s out of the bag. Not to be dramatic but all signs point to another round of job re-leveling and salary cuts. I was very surprised to learn that this is very easy. Many critical countries in the list where employment itself is protected by law but the salaries are not. Countries like India, Philippines, Mexico, parts of Europe and even the US. The conversations will go through HR and the message will be brutally straightforward: you’ve been releveled under the new job architecture and your job level has too many people. You’re paid above your level's pay range. Headcount and pay of this job level needs to align with corporate targets. You can accept a pay cut or we’ll let you go.

They’re already drafting the lists. Buckle up people.

The strategy seems to be to bore you to death with no work, but make you be available 24hrs a day just incase. Or drive you mad with endless rule changes, and gaslight you into thinking it's your fault for not knowing. All in the hope that you will just quit. Easy coping strategy: Ignore everything!

No money left for redundancies. They are preparing to negotiate salary cuts.

@a2 and his long term pathetic DRs are next - bunch of hapless uninspiring self centered liars.
Offerings will be cut first that don’t fit the new narrative from rahool.
