@a5 they will be obligated too during discovery for this case and then that will open Pandora’s box for them with dozens of additional suits when that information is registered into public accessible databases. They will fight this very hard or settle to ensure that doesn’t occur

I wish the plaintiff good luck. He is going to face a machine of lies and deceit. IBM refuses to release data about age distribution for its recent layoff in 2025. I am hoping someone will IBM to the cleaners.
