Most layoffs were in the Aruba side of the business as expected. Not many impacted on Juniper side. Similar to a standard annual cull.

Do you wear Hermes H belts and expensive executive sneaker? Do you blow up expense reports on friends and family? SAFE FROM WFR

Do you wear tattered Mist shirts and New Balance sneakers? NOT SAFE FROM WFR

Nah. None.
Zero. Zilch. Absolutely no layoffs after the acquisition.

Because this was a complementary merger, right?

Designed purely to enhance customer choice and create synergies.

R-I-I-I-G-H-T????

Now wake up. What we’ve actually seen:
clean, brutal, indiscriminate cuts, with more queued up nicely.

Best part? If you’re an underperformer, you’re probably fine.

So far, it’s the top performers and critical talent getting trimmed first.

Efficiency, apparently.
