I expect this round will end in January or early February. Going forward there will be layoffs annually, that's just our new reality.

When Tmo is sold or goes out of business
At least this round seems likely to end 60 days before the garden employement ends on April 2nd, so...Last day of Jan is probably the line in the sand.
Unfortunately we are not being told absolutely anything. Such an uneasy feeling.
