Kids, its time to call the Ethics line on our executive leaders. We have to take an Ethics class, sign our names and promise to report abuse. Show of hands, who feels abused?
PNC prides itself on being ethical and brilliantly boring. However the RTO is unethical and brilliantly busted!
The code of Ethics explicitly states that no employee can manipulate, misrepresent or abuse another employee. As far as I can tell, Bill and the Gang have done all 3.
He manipulated the facts in the communication to justify RTO. We have never been a work in the office company, even before COVID. If we were truly are going back to our previous operating model then why were we not given our pre COVID work arrangements back?
He has misrepresented the parameters for who has to go into the the office by stating there's 1 factor and 1 factor alone that determines if your status is changed ...proximity. Factually not true. There are spouses living under the same roof where one is fully remote and the other must go in, there's also people who are 10 minutes away from 2 different ops centers, still remote!
Some people got an email from Bill, others got a separate email from their executives. Also these emails cannot be forwarded, downloaded or saved to try to control the narrative showing further manipulation.
He and other executives are abusing their power and arbitrarily using other factors not being shared with anyone.
Call the Ethics line, its our duty to report abuse.
