Is the company profitable? The stock seemed to tank and not go up at all.

In my opinion, the stock price was better back in the days where everyone focused on their product knowledge and expertise. Instead of on reporting tools, arbitrary metrics about AI and time tracking, attendance tracking, and stack ranking which encourages hoarding knowledge to make yourself look better instead of elevating your colleagues by sharing. Work is now like one long weed-out course. I know correlation is not causation, but obsessing over metrics for the ivory tower instead of fostering a culture of knowledge and collaboration that serves our customers doesn't seem to be working.
Yeah, what's up with the stock? WAY DOWN!
