They won't negotiate on severance. It's the same for everyone and was reduced several years ago. It payed more to get laid off years ago.

But don't worry....they'll pay a lot more later when Nielsen clients fire them!

They won’t budge on severance. At all. A few teammates tried with lawyers etc.

I was given a tad over $10k bonus to stay on 8 weeks to train a few replacements. then i got one week of severance per year (six weeks total). I accepted that offer. I needed the money.

Not sure, but I know individuals who received ‘stay bonuses’ of over $8k. I’d push for extra money where you can because they clearly have a stockpile that they can throw around
