Thread regarding Bank of New York Mellon Corp. layoffs

Does anyone believe their division head has pushed for higher raises for the staff?

Does anyone believe their division head pushed RV and the executive committee to provide higher raises this year? No need to name the division head, just name the division. It will be interesting to see if anyone believes their division head pushed for higher raises.

I assume there is a finite 'pot'. Lower increases and bonuses for those doing the work means bigger increases and bonuses for those watching those doing the work.

LOL
No way Jose
Here in this portopotty no one pushes back. There is no management. Directors are told what to do and when.

Bwahaha!!!

If they really care about staying employed in their job, there is absolutely NO CHANCE they pushed for higher raises for their department. Maybe they go to bat for a few select folks, which I doubt, but certainly not their whole department. Everyone at every level lives in fear of being terminated for speaking out against these greedy sl--e ba--s.
