Leaders divided the bonus money up this week. At least for my unit, it was sad.

@ke true, the merit raise will be a slap in the face to most employees, and the bonus, it puts the manager in a very rough spot, because not everyone is going to get 100%, and they’ll need to determine who gets the shhh end of the stick, whether it’s fair or not.

@dk bonus money looks good (if they let use it all, which is still in question as a lot is being held back currently). Merit looks like a$$ though.

Last week of February. Leaders got the money to start dividing out earlier this week.

Bonus is paid out in the last paycheck in February. This isn't up in the air or to be determined, it's posted internally and in Workday.

I don't have any insider information, but my guess is that we'll get a pretty decent bonus this year considering we were able to give back a ton of money to members — the highest amount ever. That at least lends itself to the idea that the bonus won't be abysmal like it was a few years ago.

Since company-wide quarterly scorecards have gone away, there's really no telling or predicting what the exact multiplier will be this year though. It used to be that we could get a rough idea of what the final amount would be based on quarterly scorecards for USAA as a whole and respective LOBs, but not anymore.

I'd guess a company-wide multiplier of at least 1.1 (i.e., if your bonus target is 15%, you'd get 16.5% before LOB and individual multipliers). That's completely and totally speculation though.

If they are not giving bonuses this year, you would thonk it would have been addressed months ago. This isnt something that can be pushed under the rug, at least without a reasonable warning.

I smell a liar…

Since the employee meeting was pushed into February, probably looking sometime in March.
