It has been draining money and VK wants to carve it out to show OI improvement after separation. Otherwise, HON needs to wipe out the entire 21st floor in Charlotte office to keep costs neutral.
Quantinuum is the same corporate con that Long Island Iced Tea company played when they changed their name to Long Blockchain Corp and saw their stock price shoot up overnight LOL
