Advice from TB layooffs in Oz company 2025. They are liars, lawyer up. Never take the first "offer" it's all minimum to keep you quiet. The guys that did best with us challenged everything and stayed until last. Life goes on - you will be ok.
Sap is 30k strong. Coupa is around 3k. So the process from sap will not be efficient at Coupa. But Sap folks have worked too long at Sap. So they do what they know i.e micromanage , execs want weekly updates. The layoffs are probably a way to fix the profit margin to continue with illusion of progress to TB. execs probably have a golden parachute but employees dont. EU and India has good regulations which can help mitigate. Downward trend will continue until they have no quick fixes remaining.
@be for treasury we expect to loose at least 6 people worldwide. Sad days for all employees and customers. And absolute silence from management since more than 24 hours... I think that says everything about leadership competence and respect for the employees.
Those affected in Dublin need to get very two good representatives elected fast. Ask for all legal documents in writing and cause chaos so they will give a better severance package. Do NOT go down without a fight. Ask for retraining, different roles, why each person was selected. Check employment law hire a solicitor if necessary. This moves Coupa to act fairly. Right now they will give the very basic. Don't accept it
