Everyone keeps thinking management should care about employees. This is a fallacy. They only care so they are not sued by an employee
This is the extent of their concern. Don't let any company make you believe you are important. Have concern for yourself and your family first. Work for a good days pay but don't EVER expect anything else from a corporation. You could work there for 40 years and one day you'll be gone in the blink of an eye. This is the cold hard truth.
It is true. Brent is that guy.. evil corporate with his only concern being his piggy bank. It is amazing he ever ran anything successfully with how much he demonstrates his total lack of interest in his employees. He has a few favorites and the rest of us might as well not exist.

Clearly Brent with his dead snake eyes and no social skills was in charge of the layoffs. But don't worry, there's mo more layoffs and his door is always open. I'm sure everyone is dying to be his friend.
