With AML it was always WHEN will the layoffs hit the area. They had to over hire because of the consent order, now that’s closed, and now there’s too many people and not enough work to support.

more people than work, I don't find it surprising. I am interested in the decisions they make about the contractors and director level.
They aren’t focusing on layoffs anymore. It’s terminating people for cause (for very bogus reasons/shaky reasons)
eating popcorn and laughing while you talk about rats and snakes on a anonymous forum. you missed some initials that should be added for cause, actual complaints filed against them, but then I remember the door isn't locked from the inside, I choose everyday to work here. good luck with those bonuses or finding a 'snake/rat' free corporate job like the cush we have here. I forget everyone thinks being a victim while cashing the check the rat/snake provides is power now. please keep it up, it's fun reading

Why does USAA have the biggest amount of snakes? I don't think I ever worked for an institution riddled with so many peole ready to snitch on you to management or try and make you lose your job over simple things. Its so weird.
