Half my crew would leave with a the current EISP they’ve been offering. Our lowest senior guy in the group is 26 years. All work is on hold and a major reorganization is on the horizon so we’re not interested in hanging out.
nobody know the union keeps everything from the membership, its a BIG secret.they dont say anything .i have a question what going on woth the contract.you dont hear a peep ,and you dont even see your union reps, they dont even come to the garages anymore.this place is like a circus.everything is a side show
Bigger question is will there really be an eisp in March not how much will it be.

Voluntary Termination Bonus (VTB): A base bonus of $10,000, often supplemented by an additional one-time "Enhanced" bonus (e.g., $40,000) for a total of $50,000.
Service Payout: Approximately $2,200 for each year of net credited service (NCS).
Expense Allowance: A reimbursement of $750 per year of service (capped at $3,750) for relocation, tuition, or job placement expenses incurred within one to two years of termination.
@a6 I call BS… There will not be a shortage of takers for a EISP. Judging what they gave the folks in November last year, I expected it to be the same or if not better.
@a2 an offer is definitely coming. Not sure if it’s the regular, the double or the enhanced.
$39 stock heading to $32
If you set a date of retiring in the next 6 months, by all means take it. If you’re 1 to 3 years away from retirement, you’re turning it down. I don’t see many takers, especially with the cost of health insurance
The managers just got the minimum and were walked out the door, so what’s gonna happen is the craft is going to get the minimum package and if no takers the ones that can be will also be walked out the door.
People are always leaving with or without an offer. Work force is a bunch of dinosaurs
People leave with no eisp, also is there a eisp coming soon?
