Does TI payout TBK when quitting with proper notice?

Does anyone know if TI pays out TBK if you give proper 2 week notice with a quit date? Will they walk you out and still lay you for 2 weeks or do they walk you out and you’re done?

@3g5 I second this. You get whatever’s left in your TBK regardless of you laid off, resigned (with/without notice) or fired.

I know someone that got fired, not laid off from Ti. They were still paid their timebank balance in full. This is not hearsay, they showed me the paperwork.

TI will pay you your TBK balance regardless of you giving them 2 week notice or 1 day notice. A proper notice of at least a week is a way for you to maintain good faith with the company/team. The money from your TBK is solely yours.

The question is if there is a TBK balance will TI pay that out?
