Also what is the RTO announced for Canada and Ottawa in specific? Are we required to go in anytime soon?

It's hard to say. They're overhauling lots of offices, but some of them were downsized over the years and legitimately don't have the capacity for an RTO mandate.
Also a lot of people have moved too far away to commute.
