Clarity Tracking

Is anyone else being asked to track all of their hours in Clarity, not just projects?

I work in an office, where it's full but nobody stays.

Yep. Have been for years now. Seems like it's meaningless.

No sure what is the point of filling manually enter our hours on Clarity, if people are salaried employees. I used to submit my ACTUAL hours which is more than 40 hours a week. I try to be as accurate as possible since we being reminded that timesheets are important. Some weeks I'm working 50+ hours. Then my boss asked me one day why I'm adding more than 8 hours a day? So now I just do the standard 8 hours everyday on a single project.

Yes. Have been for a few years now. Though my bosses (had had a few) always just say log x to projects. But technically that is incorrect.
