I really can’t understand why they keep doing engagement surveys. The only reason I can see is that leadership gets off on employee suffering.

What is a “confidential” engagement survey, anyway? Did they only distribute it to true believers or something?

It’s laughable that they’d think anything would stay confidential in an org that has lost all trust with its employees.
