@j0 Yeah, Legg org has definitely been trying to get their orgs structured to avoid having to lay off folks. Not sure it will work.

Anyone have an idea how many AVPs/Directors have less than 8? Seen a lot of re-orgs in ATS under Legg… most seem to have 10+ already.

@d3 "Get ride of them...all they do is steal the work produced by the people and present it as their own. In all honestly if they got ride of them productivity would go up 10 fold."

"Ride?" LOL

Now that ACS is broken up and in multiple orgs, maybe Coursey will finally be forced out of his ivory tower in St Louis.

The company is going to end up cutting too quickly and deep, and not account for a lot of the unforced retirements that are probably going to happen soon. I sure the leaders will be fine with it but the people who have to pick up all the pieces are going to be struggling.

If this follows downsizing in the past these levels will be cut. It usually is after the lower levels have been hit. Probably some have already been given a date. However I doubt it will be based on how many in their organizations are upset about RTO or how many direct reports they should have to make us feel better. Surprised it has taken this long but with all of the changes in the business it is not a total shock. Know a Director in the past who was given a date and was asked to extend it a couple of times. The technology has made unprecedented changes to this business as a whole. We are/have become the water company with the basic network infrastructure

Won't happen. I know a DEI manager out of Alpharetta who manages a group out of Dallas that is really good at kissing back side. Comes into the office and sits by their self jumping phone call to phone call. I guess thats what they call collaboration.

Still waiting on the Directors and above that aren’t colocated with their HUB employees to be let go.

WAY too many people who should “lead by example” not living their designations.

My L3 and L4 are both completely useless on their best day, and actively reduce productivity the rest of the time. Of course they are not in the southeast, so they are safe.

When will they get rid of Coursey for not being co-located with his boss, or even following the work! Team of 1 in Missouri.

Getting lean and more cost effective. This is good progress.

Long overdue at that level.

Most are just overpaid l, and maybe they attend a lot of calls and Team meetings. They can’t focus on any one thing enough to make any difference, and as a result they get paid a lot of dough to really not DO much of anything.

Definitely not just ATL

When will they get rid of Legg for not being co-located with his boss?

Do as we say, not as we do...

It’s about time L3-L5 were laid off especially those in the same role for over 10 years !

I don't think this is just ATL. I have it on good authority that 25% of L3's and L4's across the board are in play. What orgs are impacted and what that means to those who have fewer employees is not clear. 2026 is getting off to an interesting start between this, the virtual folks that just got letters Friday and the new HQ announcement. Best of luck to all, they seem to be ALL IN on this collaboration and fewer folks in fewer places.
