No way will it be 1 or above. Could be as low as 0.7.
It’s gotta be around 1.2 due to a sh---y 2025 (and, more importantly, a sh---y LTIP payout in Feb for execs).

Weren't we last place among our direct competitors on key competitive performance metrics? Couple that with all the fatalities, and it doesn't add up to giant bonus. ☹️
We have done well against our own metrics but they will always use how poorly we did against our competitors as a way to keep bonus low. That should be directly reflected on our execs, not us.
