With the uncertainty within the federal sector and new PEGA trial, how soon before layoffs are announced?

Never going to prove wrongdoing. Pega was far superior before and is currently. Sad Matt is wasting shareholder dollars in the millions fighting over his ego!
What exactly is the uncertainty? My area over hired for federal work that I'm not seeing coming.

They won’t go to trial again. I’m sure neither org wants to. Pega was ID’d as in the wrong and Appian needs to prove specific financial damage for this to not end up in the same spot. Best case is announce a trial and settle for an undisclosed amount before that happens.
