Hoards of NTWs in digital were let go today

Due to funding cuts, 90% NTWs were let go today. It will be an interesting 2023 😟

Some consultants/contractors forget that they are "temporary" labor. Some with 14 years is a good run, IMO. Leave well enough alone, come on!

Returnship are some of the NTWs. Most are contracted workers from 3rd party companies providing cheap, low quality labor.

Non T-Mobile Workers, aka the "returnship" program. If there are no job openings, the program doesnt need to exist.

They've been talking about getting rid of NTW's for a long time. Why is this such a shock?
