Just ask the simple question is it still 120% of budget.. is it tho... the decisions being made are just absolutely absurd at this point and that's saying a lot over the past 3-4yrs let alone the last 15. Sad for all of those who put in the time and effort to hit your # you will get a BS excuse as to why it has now changed... last minute things that make you go hmmm

The compensation process has always been fully corrupt. The compensation tool holds 0 weight because the VP will make changes at the end based on who the favorites are….None of the documentation that goes out to people leaders about pay raises, bonuses etc, matters it’s all fluff. If any sort of legal team had the ability to be a fly on the wall in the conversations where these decisions are made, people would be fired.
I fully recommend everyone be prepared to get shafted this year especially given the environment with the sale. Good luck.
