Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

34 quarter's of failure

After 34 quarters and 8 years of decline they wonder why customers leave.

You dont pay anyone for 8 years, but you expect to deliver AI.

These leaders are so out-of touch its unreal.

It doesnt take an id--t to work out why morale is low and the company is failing every qtr.

You need to change your focus to Employee pay to get the best out of your main asset.

@q8+1kej8ewh8 the lazzy mfs are the Execs who cant even deliver 1 quarter of growth after 8 years.

They are useless overpaid cast off slackers which no other company would have.

They are rejects with no skills and have no confidence in their own ability to grow the company.

Will be the 35th quarter of going backwards on the 29th January results

and DXC will continue its world-record breaking run of consecutive sales declines - no other company has come even close to going almost 9 years with sales decline every single year and every single quarter (comparing quarter to same quarter previous year). Quite an achievement, which the Mikey1 initial failures, followed by the IBM then Accenture failures and rejects have kept building upon while getting ridiculous bonuses, all waved through by institutional shareholders who do not seem to care that they have lost > 90% of market cap, and with a current value of $2.6B ignore that > $6B has been wasted on share buybacks

The senior execs have had a meeting with a certain house and we are planning to go into Venezuela and expand our business there. This is the breakthrough that will show results in the 35th quarter.

Why anybody stays is mind blogging.

If you have skills, exit asap.

You will get nothing here. I repeat, nothing.

You are wasting your talent and your time as well as your earning potential.

Your only option is to Exit. Run don’t walk!

More bonuses for Rarwul and the boys at the top, reward for their failure again.

No doubt the workers on the ground will get nothing.

This is like a foreign policy of a certain country.

All the top performers have already exited. What remains wouldn’t survive a basic performance review elsewhere. Directors and above spend their time aggressively branding themselves on LinkedIn by posting trivial content at great length because there’s nothing else to occupy them. They seem to post endlessly which make clear that they are desperately hoping to be noticed. But no customers engage their posts, all likes and comments are from a bunch of minions from DXC's India and Philippines centers.
The longer you stay at DXC, the harder it will become for you to escape the negative stigma associated with DXC in the IT market.
