how can you pay bonuses when the executives determine who gets one? with constant loss of clients, lack of US Government opportunity and talent leaving in delivery there is no chance of bonus, pay rise, promotion ever.

If anybody stays here, they automatically know that there will be no raise, promotion, bonus, etc this year, next year and all future years!
It is the dna of the company.
