My team is half of what it's been when I joined seven years ago. Others who are still with the same team, is it the same for you? I'm genuinely curious if this is a common thing.

@a4 If you were or are part if the Central Region team, you have never served a purpose. Joe Urban “led” a bunch of id--ts who did nothing but come up with senseless projects targeting the markets just so he and you could justify your jobs. How many times did you all slide by when real contributors, particularly front-line field technicians, lose their jobs, only adding more work to those remaining? Too many times! If there is a layoff, I’m sure the ftontline will get hit and you slugs will survive another layoff. Ridiculous!
What team? You got in Dia in everything. It is not a USA team. Just nobodies and uglies.
They cut 70% of the operations team 3 years ago. It su-ks and they're still cutting.
Pretty typical. My team merged into a National team this year, from a standalone Regional team as it started after the merger. From the original 11 people in 2020, more than half are gone (left or laid off) and the remaining people were moved to other teams or merged into the National team.
