Thread regarding TIAA (TIAA-CREF) layoffs

Executive Comp Document no longer posted

I haven't seen the 2025 version of the executive compensation document posted online. It used to be updated annually at the below link, but it seems to have been scrubbed from the internet. Has anyone seen the latest, or know if it will be posted in 2026?

It was removed two years ago once it was used to call out the executive’s compensation and how they all got raises whereas the rank and file didn’t get raises, and haven’t for the past 3 years.

So much for transparency…

Send a FOIA request to NYDFS in Albany and request the Schedule G. It will have all the comp info in it. When you receive it, post it here.

OP is probably that reporter whose only is to attack TIAA every few years. She lost her source material to misconstrue everything we do.

private companies do not have to disclose this info, and it was used against them in the lawsuit. Can't imagine we will see it anytime soon.
