Does anyone know how often they check your avg and how it’s enforced across different departments? I hear it’s different across department and not everyone has to follow 2.5

Depends on your director. I know mine is going on a rampage. Checking frequently and suggesting that he could enforce standard time frames for salaried employees.
VP and above can look at reports whenever they like, updated weekly. The reports are consistent across the company. You only show up if you’re averaging under 2 days/week for the last year.
They get pulled quarterly from what I know, and at the director level or above.
