CVS goes back-and-forth with this every 3 to 5 years. RX DL and FS DL, then they consolidate them into one and then they break them apart again. They either have no idea what they’re doing or they know EXACTLY what they are doing.
Then who will the managers and pharmacist go to, to cry about hours?

How about we keep DL's but get rid of metrics and conference calls? Oh wait, then they'd have nothing to do.
They should get rid of all DL's. I have said for a long time that CVS has way too many "middle management" positions that could be eliminated. That said with CVS anything is possible.
