Just curious as to how many “TEAMMATES” called in this morning because they over celebrated last night.

How could this happen to one of James Maddison University's finest?

@dw She’s out and I don’t blame THEM either! She should have never been in that role to start with and did a lot of damage while in it. Of course, that’s still on the Truist execs -Big D made the decision to elevate her even though her performance didn’t warrant it; but then BS did the same thing when making her a ME years before. No history of success, terrible voice of the TM scores; what did they expect? Maybe it rights a wrong, but we will see how it is moving forward.

It was not voluntary. She is awful.

@a3 - email that was sent does not seem like there was much notice. Moving to a “consultative role” = paid vacation and maybe you answer a couple questions here and there. She out and I don’t blame her

@OP - Absolutely not. A two-week notice is essential. No matter how well you’ve performed, quitting without notice harms relationships and leaves a lasting negative impression.
