@tb well said. They wrecked the organisation for the last 5-6yrs. Still many unqualified female employees around.

The gender ratio in certain orgs is at 75-25 female to male. When those orgs underperform, the exits are bound to have more females.

The least inclusive, incompetent, judgmental behaviour; lacking any nuance, has been exhibited by several women in ELT and L3/L4. They are still clinging to their titles.

It’s time to raise standards of leadership across the board, regardless of gender.

To those who harassed the good, hard working ones out of the firm on their whims - fie you for your lack of integrity and incompetence.
