@tb well said. They wrecked the organisation for the last 5-6yrs. Still many unqualified female employees around.
All layoffs were centered on men
The gender ratio in certain orgs is at 75-25 female to male. When those orgs underperform, the exits are bound to have more females.
The least inclusive, incompetent, judgmental behaviour; lacking any nuance, has been exhibited by several women in ELT and L3/L4. They are still clinging to their titles.
It’s time to raise standards of leadership across the board, regardless of gender.
